Neethu's Academy, a leader in OET and various training courses including IELTS, German, and digital marketing, is expanding into the Study Abroad sector. We seek a proactive Business Development Associate to drive growth, build partnerships, and support students in achieving their international education goals.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential students and educational partners, conducting strategic outreach through various channels to establish a strong network.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and international partners.
• Event Participation: Represent the academy at promotional events, seminars, and expos to showcase our study abroad services.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective sales strategies aimed at increasing student enrollments and partnerships.
• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
• Market Research: Stay informed on the latest trends, policies, and opportunities in the global education sector, especially focusing on Kerala market
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates on outreach and sales activities.
• Follow-Up: Engage with prospective and current students for updates and to address their questions.
