We are currently looking for someone to manage our sales and marketing of food ingredients in Mumbai. We are looking for someone who is organized, adventurous and up for a challenge. The right candidate for this role would most importantly have an entrepreneurial spirit, want to gain an understanding and experience of launching a new product in a market and would preferably have experience of the food ingredients industry. Roles and Responsibilities Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Cultivate new leads within the sales territory, interacting & following up with them. To recognise consumer\'s needs, and go around on a recurring basis. Represent the brand while educating customers on how the products can benefit them. Monitoring industry challenges, new products, and market conditions. Developing Sales Strategies. Ensure timely supplies and collection from all the accounts. Obtaining customer feedback & escalating with Reporting Manager for further discussions. Forwarding the consolidated report to the business line on a regular interval. To chase outstanding on an aggressive basis. Knowledge & Skills Required Excellent communications skills, both written and verba l& Strong consultative selling skills. High degree of personal integrity and professionalism. Persistent and skilled at negotiating. Should Possess good customer service skills & persuasiveness. Focused and competent, accountable at all times and strive to deliver time bound results. Understanding of Food ingredients with competitive analysis and product mapping. Should maintain a positive attitude & loyalty and constantly encourage others. Note: We are strictly looking for candidate from similar industry.
