Position: Business Development Executive & Manager



Role Summary



We are seeking dynamic, visionary, and results-driven professionals to join our growth leadership team as Business Development Executive and Business Development Manager. In these roles, you will be instrumental in accelerating our market expansion, cultivating high-value client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives across the security, AV, and automation domains. The Manager will further be entrusted with leading and inspiring the business development team, architecting market strategies, and driving ambitious revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities within the security, AV, and automation sectors Forge and nurture enduring relationships with clients, consultants, and strategic channel partners Conduct comprehensive market intelligence and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and evolving customer needs Craft and deliver persuasive presentations and bespoke proposals that address client-specific challenges and aspirations Collaborate seamlessly with technical, project, and product teams to ensure solution alignment and flawless execution Negotiate and secure high-value contracts, partnerships, and strategic alliances Represent Perfect Tele Systems as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and high-impact networking events Monitor, analyze, and report on sales KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous growth Remain at the forefront of advancements in security, AV, and automation technologies to maintain a competitive edge

For Manager:



Inspire, mentor, and empower the business development team to achieve collective and individual targets Formulate and execute robust go-to-market strategies and revenue acceleration plans Oversee key accounts and lead high-stakes negotiations with finesse Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with organizational vision

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred for Manager) Minimum 1-3+ years (Executive) / 7+ years (Manager) of demonstrable success in business development or technical sales, ideally within the security, AV, or automation industries Profound understanding of security systems, AV integration, IoT, and smart automation solutions Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation acumen Proven ability to consistently achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets Proficiency in CRM platforms and business analytics tools Strategic, analytical mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Willingness to travel as business demands Inspirational leadership and team management capabilities (Manager role)
