Key Responsibilities:
• Engage Salesforce leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone, ensuring follow-ups until a clear response is received.
• Optimize and maintain Salesforce profiles across platforms like LinkedIn and freelancing sites to rank globally.
• Address complex Salesforce queries, collaborating with internal teams or SMEs for advanced solutions.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, contracts, and sales documents aligned with Salesforce trends.
• Standardize Salesforce communication templates and manage a centralized repository for efficiency.
• Generate and manage Salesforce leads across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Project teams to create Salesforce-related job descriptions, proposals, and documents.
• Track Salesforce sales pipeline, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for proposal creation while ensuring personalized communication.
• Stay updated on Salesforce trends and adapt sales strategies to meet client needs.
• Customize proposals and close deals tailored to specific client requirements.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client time zones.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven Salesforce sales experience, including lead generation and conversions.
• Expertise in managing Salesforce profiles on freelancing platforms and LinkedIn.
• Skilled in multi-channel lead follow-ups to maintain consistent engagement.
• Strong organizational skills to manage Salesforce proposals, pipelines, and sales documents.
• Experience creating and updating Salesforce proposals and materials based on market trends.
