and focuses on driving business growth in the Generator Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in
OEM sales

capital equipment sales

, with a proven track record in generating new business, expanding market share, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in the generator manufacturing industry. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and business opportunities.
Sales Execution:
Drive sales of capital equipment and generators to OEMs, key industries, and end-users. Negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, distributors, and potential clients.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Field Sales & Customer Engagement:
Actively participate in field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, technical, and after-sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and post-sales support.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in
OEM sales
,
capital equipment sales
, and
field sales
within the
generator manufacturing industry
or a similar industrial sector.
Strong understanding of generator products, technical specifications, and the OEM market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in generating new business and closing sales.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
