Job Title: Business Development Executive Reports To: CEO/Founder Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to fuel the growth of our online consulting firm specializing in compliance and registration services for businesses in India. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Acquisition:
  • Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies through cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Sales and Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Marketing and Branding:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums.
  • Create and share engaging content to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Market Intelligence and Strategy:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports on performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Indian business landscape, regulatory environment, and compliance requirements is a plus.
