About the Role

As a Business Development Executive , you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and representing Smilepad in the market. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Business Opportunities : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the hygiene and healthcare sectors.
• Infrastructure Development : Expand Smilepad's distribution and operational network.
• Market Analysis : Keep track of competitors, market trends, and potential challenges.
• Negotiation & Order Closing : Lead negotiations and secure orders effectively.
• Independence : Work autonomously while ensuring high performance.
• Sales Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance to ensure consistent growth.
• Customer Retention : Develop strategies to lock in large and loyal customer bases.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Qualification : A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in field sales, with preference for candidates experienced in B2B sales for FMCG, pharma, or hospitals.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Location : Candidates must be based in Pune or Mumbai and willing to travel within the assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

• Fixed shift
