Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
? Generate leads through freelancing portals, Upwork (Mandatory), LinkedIn, and other B2B
sources.
? Identify and target potential clients to expand business opportunities.
Client Interaction:
? Connect with prospects and conduct introductory sales calls.
? Determine clients' business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Service Familiarization:
? Gain thorough knowledge of all services offered by the company.
? Effectively communicate service offerings to potential clients.
Networking:
? Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Proposal Crafting:
? Develop and present business proposals to attract more revenue from clients.
Communication:
? Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
? Fluent English speaking is a must.
Organizational Skills:
? Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize workloads.
? Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
Continuous Learning:
? Demonstrate a willingness to learn new things and adapt to changes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Should know about Customer relationship management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using freelancing portals, LinkedIn, and other B2B sources for lead generation.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
