Job Description

We are looking for a sales professional who helps a company grow by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients:

• Identifying opportunities : Research businesses, industries, and trends to find new clients and markets.
• Building relationships : Create and maintain relationships with clients, and develop rapport with key decision makers.
• Driving revenue : Set sales goals, negotiate deals, and ensure the sales team meets them.
• Managing risks : Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks that could prevent growth.
• Creating strategies : Analyze market trends and create business strategies.
• Communicating : Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Managing sales : Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation, and manage sales meetings.
• Tracking performance : Track business performance and ensure sales goals are met.
• Managing resources : Allocate and manage resources.
• Training and mentoring : Train and mentor sales team members.
• Networking : Attend networking events and conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?340,000.00 per year
