Job description: The Client Business Development Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients to the consultancy firm and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, and providing excellent customer service throughout client engagement. The role requires strong communication and project management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements Manage and update client information in the firm\'s database Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and exceed client expectations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and satisfaction Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner Monitor client satisfaction and conduct regular client feedback surveys should ready to go on field to attend the client meetings Requirements: Preferable Female / Male candidates Two-wheeler is mandate Freshers and Experienced both can apply Excellent communication in English and Kannada and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 50,000.00 per month Benefits:
