Summary

As the Business Data Migration expert \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial, you will perform business related tasks of data migration activities on the assigned data objects in Sales management area (order to cash data, pricing, contracts), in line with global/deployment/country requirements and timelines. You will be part of deployment (above-country) data migration team, work closely with functional points of contact for data migration, business users from countries and IT counterparts.

About the Role

Business Data Migration Expert - Commercial (Contracts, Pricing) About the Role: As the Business Data Migration expert \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial, you will perform business related tasks of data migration activities on the assigned data objects in Sales management area (order to cash data, pricing, contracts), in line with global/deployment/country requirements and timelines. You will be part of deployment (above-country) data migration team, work closely with functional points of contact for data migration, business users from countries and IT counterparts. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Commercial data cleansing tasks are completed on time (contracts,pricing)
• Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time
• Work together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
• Create and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects
• Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects
• Ensure Commercial data readiness & verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects
• Verify that data is fit for purpose (incl. alignment with internal/external stakeholders)
• Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects
• Execution and approval of data verification

Essential Requirements:

• Understand business processes in Commercial area (sales, pricing, contracts)
• Experience with using ERP system in Commercial area
• Good communication and negotiation skills, stakeholder management
• 5+ years in country & global roles
• Fluent English (additional languages preferred)
• Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)
• Strong Excel Skills
• ERP project implementation experience preferred
• Data Migration experience preferred

Desirable Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent.
