Bharati Energy is a leading provider of exceptional customer service solutions in the Electrical sector. We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Office Receptionist to be the face of our organization and provide outstanding first impressions to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a neat and organized office area.
• Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Provide general information to client/customers.
• Ensure security by monitoring office assets.
• Customer visite for service feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
