:As part of the Business Operations team covering Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries and Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries within the Commercial Bank, you will be part of an agile, future focused, and collaborative group.You will be empowered to add value and make an impact from day one. In Control Management, one is exposed to a stimulating and rewarding environment, where a wide range of banking activities require engagement with cross-disciplinary teams to build creative solutions.This is a unique role and we\'re looking for someone who is diligent, persistent and can review and sort through large sets of data with a fine eye for detail, creating efficiencies while maintaining a strong control environment.\xef\xbb\xbfAs a Control Management Associate, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring the line of business has a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end control environment, identifying and escalating issues with a sense of urgency, and partnering with the business to ensure issues are remediated in a timely manner. The team assists in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as contact and subject matter expert for all role-based access controls (user alignment and system entitlements) across the front office and Business Operations
• Evaluate existing role criteria and assigned entitlements for efficiencies, instances of overprovisioned access, and any gaps in required access
• Perform ad-hoc and scheduled recertification\'s of access, closely monitoring reports for inappropriate access and conducting outreach to front office to obtain business justification for unusual entitlements
• Ensure sustainability of role-based access by monitoring business needs and changes in strategy, hierarchy and/or technology, and through regular review of assigned system entitlements
• Identify, assess, advise, and drive strategic solutions to increase efficiency and create a more resilient operating environment
• Ensure effectiveness of key controls and lead communications with role-based access controls advisors and program management

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• At least 7+ years of relevant experience (system access experience a plus)
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to work fast yet accurately
• A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details
• A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
