Job Title: Analyst - Background Verification
Location: Noida
Role & Responsibilities ? Should have knowledge about background verification process ? Document collection, review and updating in correct format in various tools ? Initiation of background verification process ? Communicating with background verification vendor for report issuance ? Analyze the background verification report and take required action for case closure ? Communicating with stakeholder's basis the finding in background verification report ? Communicating with candidates for document submission ? Maintaining data for routine MIS reports and handle adhoc report request as required
Requirement and Skills ? Experience in document management and background verification process ? Experience of working in tight timelines and under pressure situations ? Experience in MIS management ? Experience in managing high volume ? Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools ? Strong executive presence with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills ? Good Problem Solving Skills ? Self-starter, with the ability to work and execute independently with minimal oversight ? Should be located in Delhi/NCR ? Any Graduate / Post-graduate from a reputed institute ? 0-2 years of experience
