We see ML & a distributed workforce as two key phenomenon that would drastically change how work gets done.Role Overview:This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our advanced AI solutions and our clients, primarily within the BFSI industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating the value of our products, guiding clients on effective usage, driving measurable improvements in their processes etc. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge AI technology and make a significant impact on our client\'s success and our company\'s growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting and Strategy:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them align our AI solutions with their business objectives and operational goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or features based on client needs and challenges.
• Lead initiatives to expand our AI product offerings to new clients and markets within the BFSI industry and beyond.
• Client Engagement and Support:

• Act as the primary consultant for clients, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
• Conduct product training sessions to ensure clients understand and effectively utilize our real-time assistance, post-call analytics, agent training tools etc.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any client issues or questions.
• Value Measurement and Reporting:

• Develop and implement frameworks for measuring the value and ROI of our AI products for clients.
• Regularly report on key metrics and insights, demonstrating the tangible benefits of our solutions to stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights and client feedback.
• Product Management and Development:

• Collaborate with the product development team to provide client feedback and suggest enhancements to our AI solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
• Own the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment of our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience and Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting analytics products, AI solutions, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing analytics products for clients.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in real-time assistance, call analytics, and agent training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
• Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
