Your key responsibilities would be as follows -
1. Lead, manage and grow multiple business units, driving sales, marketing and people strategies to improve revenue generation and profitability
2. Conceptualise, develop and lead strategic projects aimed at establishing scalable go-to-market strategies, creating process documentation, implementing learning and development programs, and executing roll-out plans
3. Competition benchmarking and tracking, including acquisitions, pricing changes and new product developments, to stay informed and strategise accordingly
4. Evaluate, improve and establish new processes that positively impact functional efficiency and P&L performance
5. Nurture and grow a team size to create a strong support structure
Work directly with CEO and promoters|Lead, manage and grow multiple business units
As a successful applicant, you should have a Masters degree with 20+ years of experience in scaling up operations and revenues for multiple business lines, specifically within eCommerce.
Experience within health tech is highly preferred.
