As Software Service & Operations /ITSM Business Capability Expert , you have a broad audience in the business and markets organization with a specific focus on Software Delivery & Service enablement. You will contribute to standardization and scalability of software supply chain, operations, delivery, entitlement, install base management processes, covering specification, development, operations, implementation, management and lifecycle phases. As Software Service & Operations /ITSM Business Capability Expert , you have a broad audience in the business and markets organization with a specific focus on Software Delivery & Service enablement. You will contribute to standardization and scalability of software supply chain, operations, delivery, entitlement, install base management processes, covering specification, development, operations, implementation, management and lifecycle phases. You are responsible for Driving process design and standardization for software Service & Operations, ensure alignment with the underpinning HealthSuite/AWS/GCS Platform services and infrastructure including relevant process performance metrics & KPI\'s and compliance requirements and controls, in teamwork with the other BCEs and under the leadership of the Business Process Owner (BPO) for Software Operations & BPO Solution Delivery. Deep understanding of ITSM capabilities and ability to map dependencies across various ITSM capabilities. Experience in deploying ITSM capabilities to service SaaS/hybrid/On-Prem product and solutions Strong Process and design thinking. Capturing ITSM needs for business and market, designing, implementing processes and capabilities. Ability to think and design capabilities to deliver transformation roadmap as agreed with Business & leadership team. Good understanding and hands on experience of SNOW platform. Hands on experience in ITSM practices as per ITIL v4 framework, certification is must . Performing process gap analyses and proposing best practices as input for the process design. Experience in Azure DevOps to track features, develop user stories, active participation in validation and capability release Collaborating with different stake holders like solution architects, data experts, product owner etc. for feature design and delivery Building and maintaining communities of practice in your respective domain and ensuring that people competencies and capabilities are in place to execute the standard solutions in their process domains and identify opportunities for improvement. Establishing an accurate process performance impact tracking & reporting, with reference to internal/external benchmarks and relevant targets. Hosting, provisioning of on premise, micro-cloud and cloud environments Platform lifecycle management - monitoring, security, patch, upgrades, capacity and availability, auto scaling, metering and billing Supply chain management process for Hosting & operations Infrastructure security management system, QMS and external certifications for infra Enablement of contracts, entitlements and refresh SLAs Capturing software service, delivery and market needs, implementing processes and capabilities, updating the Philips Process Excellence Framework standards. Hands on experience in ITSM practices as per ITIL v4 framework. Establishing and leading the Software Service & Operations CoE. The purpose of this CoE is to embed expertise within individual lines of business, establish and share best practices, define harmonized processes and coach and consult the businesses with software operations improvement strategy and harmonization. Performing process gap analyses and proposing best practices as input for the process design. Identifying and collecting software service & operations and delivery requirements for serviceability and DevOps during software development, testing, deployment, configuration, maintenance and lifecycle management. Collaborating with IT and EIM to ensure that IT applications and data models support the business process requirements and design. Being a change agent by clarifying the impact of the new ways of working for ITSM & HealthSuite Services. Collaborating with Philips University or other parties who develop the learning curricula for the stakeholders identified. Building and maintaining communities of practice in your respective domain and ensuring that people competencies and capabilities are in place to execute the standard solutions in their process domains and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to defining and driving ITSM CoE to enable business in adoption of best practices, define harmonized processes and coach and consult the businesses with ITSM improvement strategy and harmonization. Prior experience with Servicenow/BMC will be an advantage To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience University degree desirable in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience Minimum 10 years\' experience in Software Service & Operations/Supply Chain and/or business experience, in global and multicultural setting, in combination with E2E process design, harmonization & global deployment Expert knowledge and experiences in developing and building software Services and solutions, installing and configuring solutions, implementing reusable components, translating technical requirements, assisting with all stages of test data, developing interface stubs & simulators and performing script maintenance and updates. Expert knowledge on ITSM, DevOps and Design for serviceability Full end-to-end multi-modal service support setup and operation knowledge including ITSM. Must have experiences in automating deployment and management of entitlements, applications, system configurations, usage & adoption and Install base. Must have experiences in transitioning from physical/manual software distribution to automation & digital methods Good understanding of full range of business challenges and opportunities and internal/external trends in software development & operations, delivery, customer service and software delivery & business modelling Quality and regulatory requirements understanding Strong collaborative skills Professional demeanor and strong communications skills Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and influence other senior colleagues Change management understanding & experiences Evidence of successful teamwork with stakeholders of all levels around the globe Fluent in English, verbal and written About Philips We are a health technology company.
