Position Title - Business Attorney Reports To - CEO Position Summary: ExamRoom.AI is seeking a qualified attorney with a major in political science or economics to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively manage multiple diverse cases simultaneously. Position Responsibilities: Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for defence tactics. Establish a professional rapport with all clients and the Government of India. Answer all ExamRoom.AI questions regarding legal proceedings, charges, and other related questions. Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for ExamRoom.AI. Analyze the prosecutor\'s case and evidence for inconsistencies, logical fallacies, errors, or other inaccuracies. Create a defence strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge. Advise ExamRoom.AI throughout any trials and represent ExamRoom.AI in court. Other duties as assigned. Position Education and Experience (required and preferred): Bachelor\'s in political science and L.L.B or bachelor\'s in economics and L.L.B. Minimum 3 years of trial experience. Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: License to practice law in India. Active member in good standing with Karnataka State Bar. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Organized with excellent time-management skills. Resourceful and creative. Flexible team player.
