We are seeking a GeoSpatial Lead Java professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Postman RestAssured and Automation. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining geospatial applications ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with our companys goals and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of geospatial applications using Java technologies.
• Oversee the integration of geospatial data with various systems and applications.
• Provide technical expertise in Postman and RestAssured for API testing and automation.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of geospatial applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for geospatial projects.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of geospatial applications through effective coding practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to geospatial data and applications.
• Implement best practices for geospatial data management and processing.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in geospatial and Java development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for geospatial applications.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of geospatial applications in production environments.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Have 4 to 8 years of experience in Java development with a focus on geospatial applications.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Postman and RestAssured for API testing and automation.
• Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be familiar with best practices in geospatial data management and processing.
