Job summary


We are seeking a talented Architect with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Fusion HCM. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to optimize HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Lead the integration of Oracle EPM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud and its various modules.
• Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and its integration capabilities.
• Have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Oracle solutions.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
