We seek a versatile individual to fill the Brand Strategy - Business Associate role, combining client servicing with social media management expertise. This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, a knack for building strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of social media platforms to drive brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 24/06/2024
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, understanding their objectives, needs, and challenges.
- Listen attentively to client feedback and concerns, collaborating with internal teams to address them effectively and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients\' industries, businesses, and target audiences, providing strategic recommendations and solutions to enhance their brand presence.
- Work closely with internal, creative, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are executed on time and within budget.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally to maintain positive brand sentiment.
- Analyze social media performance by working on the content performance reports, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, integrating new tools and techniques into our strategy to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a customer-facing role, coupled with a strong understanding of social media management for businesses or brands.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams to drive results.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing and a keen eye for trends and opportunities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
