Job summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Java developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM MQ Kafka Oracle MongoDB Spring Boot Spring Core Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure seamless integration of technical solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the development and deployment of applications using IBM MQ Kafka and Oracle technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team ensuring best practices in Spring Boot and Spring Core.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MongoDB and other database solutions.
• Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Utilize Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java to develop and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in IBM MQ Kafka Oracle and MongoDB.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks.
