Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise. Generate leads via cold calling, emails, and other outreach channels. Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful business deals. Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.(not compulory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
