Be the brand ambassador for KALCO
You will play a key role in evaluation and selection of Franchisees
You will negotiate and conclude terms of association and oversee the initiation of the relationship
You will oversee the successful set up of operations as per the brand standards evolved by the Company
You will also ensure all legal compliance by the Franchisee to protect the company and Franchisee own interests in the performance of this business. You will be responsible for driving growth through franchisees
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners: discovering and exploring opportunities
Investigate business activity and industry trends and competition
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial; evaluating options: resolving internal priorities
Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports
Works closely with the Chairman and other senior management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals
Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented
Provide tools to assist in achieving goals
Attend Networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings as well as any other assigned or recommended events
Performs other duties as assigned
Work Experience
1-5 years (or plus) of experience in sales/business development preferably from Building Material. Fresher can also apply Graduate in any stream with atleast 50% marks
Good command over MS Office
