About Children First



Children First is a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service across Delhi and Gurgaon. We have been providing ethical, effective, and holistic solutions for children and adolescents until the age of 25 years for over 15 years.

About the Role



As an associate, you will be working closely with the Business Head of Children First. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Care Teams at Children First, clinical teams, and operations, to support business growth, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall mission of the company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mental health industry.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Delhi-NCR

Monday to Saturday with the ability to work across our Delhi and Gurgaon centres

Responsibilities



Support cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met Support cross functional services team in client management, escalations Coordinate and oversee the daily operations like attending client calls explaining our offerings, meeting clients in person, managing bookings, coordinating appointments with clients and clinicians, maintaining trackers, etc. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders on active clients, utilization. Provide information and support to families throughout their journey and act as the point of contact for client feedback, grievances and escalations. Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making and track key performance metrics. Help document and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work with the customer success team to ensure a positive user experience and address any issues. Support in conducting training sessions for our in-house booking platform Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any field. Desirable qualification in health 0-2 years experience in program and client management

Skills and Qualities



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Hindi. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to use Excel / Google sheets and work with data. Empathy and patience when working with children and families. High awareness and willingness to work in the Mental Health space. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Proficiency in using electronic health records and other administrative software. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Responsive in terms of time- the ability to keep to targeted timelines.
