Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and generate leads in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:

3. Networking: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and industry professionals.

5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the marketing and sales teams.
6. Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. Create detailed proposals and contracts.
7. Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating terms of agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
8. Project Collaboration: Work with internal teams including marketing, finance, and property management to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market trends to report to management on a regular basis.
10. Compliance: Ensure that all real estate activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the real estate sector.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Knowledge of real estate market trends and local property laws
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial or high-end residential real estate
Certification in Real Estate or Business Development (e.g., Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), etc.)
Established network within the real estate industry
