We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analytics Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a data enthusiast eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital agency environment. The intern will work closely with our analytics and marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Analysis:
• Collect, process, and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website performance.
• Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support client projects.
• Reporting:
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Data Management:
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation checks.
• Support the implementation of data management best practices.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to provide data-driven insights.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Previous internship or project experience in a related field.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
