• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims, and external partners.
• Define customer journeys and solutions for motor insurance products.
• Lead project planning with development teams.
• Handle weekly sprint planning with Product Managers.
• Ensure business priority alignment and manage process improvements.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Indian motor insurance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Buy/Servicing journey.
• Hands-on experience in SQL and API integration.
• Techno-functional expertise is essential.
• Knowledge of Java, microservices, and web services (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirement elicitation and System solution designing.- Define the customer journey.- Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries.- Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.- Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development team.
