We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

Requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Support on Technology Financial Management which includes Direct Cost and Charges to Business.
  • Oversee and manage timely production of quality MI for Intercompany Billing, with analysis and commentary of MoM cost variance.
  • Manage the Technology Change Control process. This includes obtaining signoffs as well as ensuring ratification at the relevant governance forums.
  • Play a key role in the Technology Annual Operating Plan process by managing the overall governance process, set annual targets and provide communication to key stakeholders.
  • Implementing new changes and process improvements
  • Ensure that all implemented processes fully align with required policies, procedures, standards and consistent processes and that there is full \xe2\x80\x98buy in\xe2\x80\x99 from Finance and GBGF COOs
  • Stakeholder management \xe2\x80\x93 GB / GF COOs, internal IT stakeholders
Qualifications - External

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Financial and accounting acumen (Accountancy Qualifications)
  • Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
  • Experience of managing within a complex matrix environment
  • Experience working across cultures
  • Understanding of the HSBC Group and its strategy, structures and processes
  • Well versed with Ms Office suite particularly Ms Excel and Ms Access
