Role/ Job Title: Business Analyst-Loyalty Business: Corporate Function Function/ Department: Marketing Place of Work: Mumbai Job Purpose: Being the link between business stakeholders and IT/dev. team and meeting business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks regarding the enterprise loyalty product. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements 2. Perform quality assurance 3. Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration 4. Design, document and maintain BRD Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Report on common sources of technical issues/queries & recommend it to product team 2. Communicate key insights and findings to product team 3. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customers Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: Following skillset is a pre-requisite for the role: - 1. 5+ years\' experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance 2. A degree in IT / Computer Science 3. Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing 4. Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools 5. Solid experience in writing SQL queries 6. Basic knowledge in generating process documentation/PRDs and BRDs 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills Key Success Metrics: 1. No. of BRDs created & development initiated with project team 2. No. of story points closed & avg. TAT of closures 3.DAU/MAU of Loyalty platform, customer churn rate, Avg Session Time 4. Revenue generated/customer through loyalty program, CLV. Education & Experience: MBA Graduate with relevant experience of 3-5 years in business analyst.
