Business System Analyst-Insurance-3-7 years-GurgaonLooking for a professional for the role of Business Analyst with minimum 3 years of experience relevant into insurance domain having strong understanding of Rate Filling or basic understanding of Actuarial and experience is insurance operations like policy servicing, claims handling, underwriting using advanced techniques and technologies will be suitableLocation: GurgaonYour future employer: One of the biggest IT service and IT consulting company across the globe.Responsibilities:

• Supporting in rate implementation in policy servicing tools, run UATs, prepare reports and troubleshoot issues in complete rate deployment cycle
• Co-ordinating and collaborating with other stakeholders in the process to produce desired outputs
• Formulating ways for businesses to improve based on research.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations.
• Assessing customer needs, pain points, behaviours, activation levers, headroom for growth, value propositions, etc.
• Emphasis is on analysing the structure of a business, its technology adoption and goals and Structure solution to address business objectives and problem solving

Requirements:

• 2+ years\' experience in Insurance domain is essential - with filing experience.
• Experience is insurance operations like policy servicing, claims handling, underwriting using advanced techniques and technologies will be suitable
• Good understanding of insurance products is essential
• Strong competency in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other business analysis specific tools and techniques.
• Any experience working on \xe2\x80\x9cGuidewire\xe2\x80\x9d products and platforms is preferred
• Experience in working in dual shore engagement is preferred
