- 5 to 10 years in Banking domain projects in US/Canada/Singapore/Europe
- NOT Indian Bank experiences
- Understands payment processing/fraud detection/credit/risk management
- BASEL Framework
- Must have undergone 2 cycles of end-to-end project delivery in Agile model
- Any tool knowledge in Core Banking shall be an added plus
- Education: B E/ B Tech/B Com/CA + MBA or equivalent
- Certifications: CSPO or PSPO, Scrum Master
