- Define, document, and trace business requirements to the future state design
- Contribute to functional design specifications supporting the design of solutions
- Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
- Identify and support cut over and implementation tasks
- Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help business users in executing UAT
- Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
- A background of delivering business analysis in a project, technology or IT function
- Experience working in Regulatory change projects and programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
