Exp: 6-12 yearsLocation: PAN INDIAPrimary Skill: Business Analysis in the insurance domain/ Product Management in the insurance domainJD :1)Lead the Requirement Gathering sessions to understand the client needs and document BRD/System Requirement with focus on keeping the OOTB platform capabilities. Understand and ensure E2E view capturing cross-track dependencies2) Work with Client Product Owner for any requirement clarifications, Scrum Master and Platform team during sprint planning and user story creation3) Develop the E2E views for the process areas within the track showcasing the systems involved and the dependencies4) Lead tech track BA\xe2\x80\x99s (Portal, Forms, EIS, Integration) and review the deliverables to ensure all business requirements are met with minimal lapses in requirements across the E2E flow5) Lead the BA\xe2\x80\x99s to perform basic pre-QA validation of the developed functionality within a sprint6) Triage the defects to ensure all CRs are addressed appropriately7) Lead Customer demo\xe2\x80\x99s of the developed product in a incremental manner8) Liaise with other product owners to ensure between the 2 (Pre-Sales/Sales and Post Sales) tracks there are no gaps / redundancy9) Groom the requirements across platform/portal/forms/integration tracks, providing cross-track views / clarifications10) Contribute towards knowledge management and practice development in the form of knowledge documents
