Apart from above, we also provide custom dotnet solutions to our clients.Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the IT field specifically in the e-commerce or nopCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
xe2x97x8f Evaluate e-commerce processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
xe2x97x8f Prepare detailed requirement specifications, workflows, and wireframe
xe2x97x8f Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions.
xe2x97x8f Conduct competitive analysis and research to enhance the nopCommerce platform.
xe2x97x8f Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and adherence to goals.
xe2x97x8f Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs. xe2x97x8f Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate finding and updates effectively
xe2x97x8f Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success.
xe2x97x8f Monitor and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.Qualificationsxe2x97x8f Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.xe2x97x8f The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English language.
xe2x97x8f At least 1 year of experience in the IT field, preferably in the e-commerce nopCommerce domain.
xe2x97x8f Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with e-commerce business processes and trends.
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of nopCommerce architecture and features is a plus.
xe2x97x8f Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
xe2x97x8f Proficiency in creating documentation, including user stories, use cases, a flow diagrams.
xe2x97x8f Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
xe2x97x8f A proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
