xc2xb7 Set up robust processes to drive improvement projects with an objective to maximize the consumer experience
xc2xb7 Identify, plan and execute automation projects within the team.
xc2xb7 Support the business growth in constrained environments with frugal and innovative solutions
xc2xb7 Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
xc2xb7 Rollout best practices from other geographies and standardization of tools and processes to minimize end to end supply chain losses
xc2xb7 Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiencesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bengaluru, KA, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in data analytics or automation
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar
- Experience working directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis to determine improvement opportunities
