• Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direction of experienced Business System Analysts.
• Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with developers to manage technical difficulties when necessary
• Act as Level 1 Service Now technician
• Create a roadmap and lead implementation of new IT operations into the company from initial idea to the project completion phase.
• Considers business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
• Create statistical reports (PowerBI) that assist decision-makers.
• Manage systems updates and repair prioritization process.
• Manages the User Acceptance Testing, (UAT)/Regression Test system releases.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI,
• MS Office Advanced Skills,
• Knowledge of RPA, Co-pilot, AI
• Ability to understand complex business problems across platforms and develop a solution
• Effective communication/presentation skills.
