As a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various business units, IT teams, and ServiceNow developers to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation using the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, including workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and data models.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to design and configure solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and platform capabilities.
• Ability to support Create and execute UAT plans, UAT cases, and perform quality assurance to ensure that developed solutions meet requirements and are error-free.
• Conduct Demos and create knowledge articles, user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of ServiceNow applications.
• Prepare documentation, including process maps, user guides, and system documentation, to support the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow developers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including core functionalities, modules, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development concepts, such as scripting, integrations, and platform customization, is preferred.
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred, additional certification such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools is beneficial, as the role may involve managing multiple projects simultaneously.
