PRoSE is a Portfolio Construction and Rebalancing system used by SSGA Portfolio managers to manage the Liability Driven Investment (LDI) and solutions portfolios for rebalancing, managing exposures and client overlay strategies for commingled, separately managed and externally managed funds. This solution provides predefined trade rebalancing algorithms and future considerations helping the PMs on investment decisions. It interacts with trading, holdings, compliance, risk, custom benchmarks, funding ratio monitors, portfolio optimizer and various applications. Who we are looking for SSGA is looking for a Business Analyst with strong trading background as functional SME from IT. Having good exposure to the multiple asset classes in investment domain especially on alternate investments and portfolio constructions. Candidate should be able to build the partnerships, foster collaboration and work closely with the business, technology teams and third party vendors. Ability to create and maintain functional artifacts, and drive the UAT of IT deliverables including the third party applications. What the candidate will be responsible for Drive the demand management and Business requirements of Alternate Investments and Portfolio Construction application suite Work collaboratively with all teams within the IT group, business and third party vendors to deliver the functional solutions Maintain the functional artifacts (Functional requirements, requirements traceability) Drive the testing strategy of IT deliverables including the third party applications Be able to do L2 support as SME, participating in production support and BAU Drive the priority of deliverables of the third party vendor applications in Portfolio construction Manage the strong relationship with the portfolio managers and operations Define future roadmap for PRoSE aligning to the SSGA cloud migration plan Comply the regulatory mandates of the finance applications Collaborate with the Senior Management and other IT leads Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience in IT as Business Analyst in Trading applications Proven Experience as SME in investment domain or asset management in multiple asset classes Good understanding of managing the trading systems with multiple integration points Basic knowledge in Database Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven experience in managing multiple projects like complex upgrades Strong analytic, problem solving, and collaborative skills Bachelor\'s Degree or more
