We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education. : We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst who will be responsible for mechanize repetitive manual transactional, processes using techniques such as robotic process automation in order to generate efficiencies, reduce data entry error rates, eliminate manual handling and improve customer experience all while delivering targeted architecture for the Operations teams. Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate must have the following knowledge and skills:
• Proven business analysis skills and experience.
• Experience in the planning cycle and project approval process.
• Agile project management knowledge
• Business Intelligence & Architecture ability
• Proficient in Business Process Model and Notation modeling tools (BPMN, Signavio, Visio)
• Excellent analytical, presentation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to produce high quality documents (process, PDD and executive summaries).
• Diagramming and Modeling Techniques
• Ability to define conceptual solutions by documenting current and future mode of operations (CMO vs FMO) and develop process maps.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple understandable format.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action.
• Demonstrated ability to learn both complex technical concepts and end-to-end business work flow.
• Have the skills to influence the work team for the alignment differences in ideas or solutions.
• Strong ability to express point of view, to negotiate and manage risks.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual teams, to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of systems and tools utilized by BBM Operations support teams (Siebel/SAP/Amdocs)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
• Proficient in API documentation tools (POSTMAN).
• Understanding of relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL database, Oracle DB, as well as NoSQL databases.
