:What You\'ll Do The support analyst will be helping Oracle Internal sales users via chat & provide technical/business support on applications used by them on a day today basis./A/A/ACareer Level - N/AResponsibilities:- Your responsibilities include:Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment and include but are not limited to:Provide 1st level of support on the Sales end to end processes.Solve and resolve simple to complex queries.Participate in testing of new applications.Meet GSCO Support KPIs and targets.This is a work from office role with 24/7 shifts

• Undertake admin responsibilities as required.
• Keep current on new releases and enhancements.
