• Salary range: 40,000 to 50,000 INR / Month (Pay varies depending on your years of experience and skills)

Please note that this position is exclusively for Business Analyst with at least 1 year of experience. This position is NOT IDEAL for Data Engineers, Data Scientists, or fresh graduates. Skills in ML, NLP, or Python are not relevant for this position.KINDLY READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYINGAbout the RoleThis position is for a Business Analyst Specialized in Sales and Operation who will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business principles, data analysis, sales, and process improvement.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze information needs and system requirements.
• Maintain and improve systems processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement improvements.
• Develop relationships with partners for system integration
• Address questions from management and provide recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and issues in sales and operations processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Measure the impact of solutions and track progress towards sales goals.

Required Requirement

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools preferred Google data studio,
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred with experience in investment sales of real estate.
• Extensive experience with data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.

• 256GB Storage space - minimum
• 8GB RAM - minimum
• Dual Core CPU - minimum
• Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
• Headset: Noise cancelling (preferably)
