:What You\'ll DoWe are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to create, maintain, report & manage data/information & metrics for the GoLive team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to interface directly with GoLive leadership, contributing significantly to their day-to-day operations while also addressing requests that bolster the strategic initiatives of the GoLiveteam.As a visible and integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of data and insights requests, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. Job Duties

• Presentation Preparation:

• Create, edit and refine Periodic Business Reviews for GoLive leadership, ensuring alignment of data and content accuracy.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information and insights for presentations.
• Data Input and Management:

• Understand the available data architecture for data available to GoLive and create dashboards that enable solving the GoLive problem statements
• Format and cleanse data sets, adhering to established procedures and developing new processes as needed.
• Document procedures clearly for easy understanding by other team members.
• Ad-Hoc Requests and Organization:

• Efficiently handle ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders, organizing data/insights requirements and prioritizing tasks accordingly.

What You\'ll Need to be Successful

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience supporting Sales, Channel/Partner, or Finance teams with critical data/insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL
• Intermediate knowledge and comfort with Salesforce, including understanding of main object hierarchy and common processes (development background not required).
• Python/R for data management is a plus
• Preferred experience with JIRA and Confluence, but not required.
