ELM Business Analyst involves managing all activities surrounding corporate legal practice

Your key responsibilities
Collect and define business requirements in cooperation and in association with the business area
Understand the business flows, interview end users and write business requirements documents and functional specification.
Challenge the requirements where needed, explain these requirements to the functional analysts and quality assurance / development teams.
Prioritize Business requirement with help of stakeholders
Maintain and continuous update BoW documents
Manage sprints and allocate task to other team members
Collaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, vendors and application owners as the business / functional counterpart in solution identification and estimations.
Support creation of business cases outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions.
Run workshops, facilitate stakeholder engagement and build relationships and purposeful networks working collaboratively using a wide range of tools.
Perform pre-UAT testing before formal UAT
Manage user acceptance testing and test case coordination with the business.
Ensure that end users and support teams are correctly trained to use solutions being delivered by the project.
Support application services teams in functional test case generation and test result validation.
Supports the providing of signoffs for business requirements
Support implementation team and solve post go-live issues
Provide required assistance to PO, PM, ITAO
Your skills and experienceRelevant Experience - 10 to 15 Years
Fluency in English (written/verbal).
Experience managing teams in global IT change projects and varying project / programme environments (waterfall, scrum/agile, etc.)
Experience working with business requirements through to system level Functional Specifications.
Experience in business analysis, data analytics or UX (user experience).
Experience owning product backlogs, sprint planning and driving release content throughout via prioritised stories.
Advanced analytical and problem solving experience and ability to independently identify issues grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions and oversee their delivery.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong planning and highly organised with ability to prioritise key deliverables across several work streams.
Excellent communication and documentation / presentation skills.
Self-motivation and flexibility to work autonomously, coupled with the ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organisations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness.
Ability to act as a point of escalation for team members.
Advanced knowledge of methods and tooling for the Business Functional Analysis Profession.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.
Knowledge and experience in the usage of modern SDLC tools Jira, Confluence, SQLs
Preferable: Knowledge of Legal Matter Management workflows, working with TeamConnect products
Degree from an accredited college or university with a preference for Computer Science (or IT related).
Business Analysis certification (and/or relevant work experience).
