Product managers are home to technical experts who work together to design and build our software and product roadmap, whereas our QA team is constantly aimed at enhancing the quality of our platform delivery through test methodologies for implementations, upgrades, and migrations Team And Role Overview G20 Derivative reporting ( EMIR, DFA, ASIC, MAS, JFSA, HKMA ) Securities Financing (SFTR) MiFID II transaction (MIFID ARM, MIFID APA) FINFRAG MMSR SMMD The Business Analyst must be apt to interpret and summarise large amounts of text and identify critical points. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the financial system and Capital Markets, with a desire to learn and expand on their knowledge base. Responsibilities Gathering relevant business requirements from financial regulations and trade repositories and translating them into solution specifications for the solution development team Work with the solution development team and provide business knowledge to ensure business requirements are clearly understood, and the solution has been designed to meet regulatory requirements. Monitoring and maintenance of regulatory rule changes, ensuring solution remains fit for purpose with all business requirements Guiding the Quality Assurance (QA) team on scenarios to be tested, reviewing test cases and results Leverage internal platforms to understand regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. Supporting the implementation team in responding to client requests, contributing TOM designs and providing guidance Responding to client tickets raised about legal interpretations and functionalities And take part in defining the Product Strategy and Roadmap The role will be both internal and client-facing and may require some travel The role will be based in London, Mumbai, with the flexibility of remote work Skills And Requirements Finance-related undergraduate degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.) blended with core Business Analysis / Tecnical skill sets or Law Degree is beneficial Experience in Product Management and Business Analysis in Financial Institutions or Vendor Solutions Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team in a dynamic environment and decompose complex details to the clients and senior Management Highly organized and methodical approach to work, able to handle multi-tasks A good understanding of critical financial products and their main characteristics, especially the derivatives, i.e. swaps, futures, options forwards An understanding of data analysis and data modelling concepts Ability to work under pressure and meet internal and external deadlines More About Us Our Office: Adenza Mumbai is located on the 2nd floor of the Ackruti Center Point building.
