Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in IT services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.

Solution Design: Work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with IT capabilities.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Project Management: Basic Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
