Job Description


Roles and Responsibility Strategy Work towards enabling the strategic objectives of the bank in general and improving operational efficiencies in particular, within the boundaries of the scope and mandate awarded to the Operations Enablement Hive Business Ensure delivery of projects within the designated timelines Analyse stakeholder requirements with a focus on strategic consulting and holistic problem solving \'First Time Right\' solutioning in alignment to the stakeholders\' requirements Impact assessment and documentation towards proper release management Drive change management and adoption Identify opportunities to scale and replicate Processes Adhere to the technology standards and governance processes specific to delivery of assigned projects Understand the business processes for which projects are to be delivered Familiarise with the overall bank\'s business and processes People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners Risk Management Ensure all deliveries are within the Risk Framework of the bank and put in measures & controls where needed for the same Governance Deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
