:Drives continuous account engagement in Oracle Partner programs, manages resolution of complex partner engage relationship issues, and proactively safeguards partner relationships to impact Partner experience positively.The Global Revenue Operations team is responsible for program implementation, business process definition, process execution, business analysis to support our overall program strategy. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, flexible team member to join our team, to handle the OPN membership renewal processes and frameworks. This position is for an individual contributor with no direct reports.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.Career Level - IC2Responsibilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully understand all OPN program elements and especially the underlying systems and operations that support go-to-market motions with partners
  • Own all existing partner-facing OPN processes across the lifecycle, identify potential gaps that lead to issues or escalations, and drive improvements through targeted projects
  • Segment partners based on their lifecycle stage and proactively assist them in moving ahead with the OPN journey by delivering systematic outreach that provides resources and next steps closely aligned with partner profile and business focus
  • Participate in the rollout of new programmatic frameworks working across various teams globally to coordinate metric tracking
  • Understand, oversee, deliver business analysis (e.g., trends, root cause, comparative) and recommend corrective actions considering the business impact
  • Identify gaps in program, processes, systems and recommend corrective actions
  • Consistently provides guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure program success and manage complex projects through initiation to closure
  • Build, maintain, network, and expand the working relationship with stakeholders
EXPERIENCE:Candidates will need to have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in partner/customer service and/or project management.Job Requirements/Competencies:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree and MBA, or BE (Computer Science) /BTech required
  • Six Sigma, ITIL, PMI PMP , Content Creator preferred
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in a relevant role
  • Preferred previous experience working in project management, sales/sales support, contract administration, finance/accounting, or related operational role
  • Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Project/Visio, experience with Jira and APEX preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listener, and able to respond effectively to feedback from global stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising excellent judgment
  • Self-directed, strategic thinker with the ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
  • Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
  • Go-getter - able to think out of the box with a positive attitude towards work and can understand change management
