This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders from a leading Oil & Gas enterprise and the technical team, translating business requirements into actionable insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital implementation projects.
• Develop user stories, and process flow diagrams, and validate wireframes/mockups in collaboration with UX designers.
• Define test conditions and oversee functional testing to ensure application quality and alignment with business needs.
• Demonstrate application functionalities to key business users and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Conduct interdependency analysis and impact assessments on business processes to identify potential risks and ensure smooth integration.

• You have a Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital implementation projects with Oil & Gas clients.
• You possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work effectively with development teams.
• You have hands-on experience in creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups.
• A solid understanding of testing frameworks, defining test conditions, and ensuring development quality is required.
• Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to demonstrate functionalities to business users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting impact assessments on business processes.
