What we are looking for \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven and demonstrated experience in working with Insurance Industry (Life/Non Life/Health) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in analyzing the customers business, and applications and converting the business needs into viable solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience & expertise in creating solution offerings for insurance industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Engineering Graduates or MBA having 1-2 years of experience in insurance domain \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, presentation and business acumen \xe2\x80\xa2 Extrovert, team player, self-starter and proactive Key responsibilities will include \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively looking for creative ways to position Newgen Insurance solution by incorporating specific industry/domain expertise and business/functional knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with sales team to provide clarifications and answers to customer queries requiring deep domain expertise on timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out Proof of Concepts to demonstrate how Newgen solution could meet customer requirements and deliver values. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance to processes such as Proposals, RFPs, RFIs, effort estimation, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Giving demos of Newgen insurance solutions and creating proof of concepts \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Newgen offerings and similar competitive products to effectively compares/competes and position Newgen.
